1. Lectures & Activities

Week 1

Mr. Shamsul gave a brief introduction of the module and what's to be expected in the coming weeks. In regards to the first task, we were to come up with at least 4 ideas/themes and choose 1 to settle with through the entire continuous project. We were also advised to install Adobe Animate for an activity next week.

Week 2

I presented my ideas for the project and decided on 'Manual Coffee Brewing.' No practice on Adobe Animate due to Mr. Shamsul having a flu.

Week 3

We learned how to set up our document in Animate, and started getting used to the tools.

After drawing the beach ball, Mr. Shamsul tasked us to trace over a boat vector and cover as much detail as possible.

Week 4

We learned how to do basic animations using keyframes and shape tweening.

Task 1: Thematic Interactive Website Proposal

For this task, I had to propose four different ideas for a thematic interactive website, and then choose one to develop further after a consultation.

A thematic interactive website is built around a clear theme or concept and includes features like animations, videos, interactive graphics or games to keep users engaged. The aim is to create an immersive experience that encourages users to explore the content in an interactive way.

Requirements

    1. Completed UI/UX proposal document.
    2. All processes (concept, wireframes, mood board, flow chart)

After consultation with Mr. Shamsul on Week 2, we discussed on niche things like coffee brewing, different pizza styles, and specific sports rules/practices. Ultimately, I decided to have 'Manual Coffee Brewing' as my finalized concept.

I took the weekend to refine my chosen topic and started working on my finalized proposal.
